Evidence-based frameworks

Methods we use

We operate firstly through a lens of cultural humility, providing practical and evidence based interventions. Our mission is simple, yet profound: To support women in their pursuit of mental wellness.

We utilize a combination of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness tailoring your healing journey to best fit who you are at your core.

Empathy, authenticity & personal growth

Our guiding principles

We believe in the power of empathy to foster genuine connections and understanding between therapist and client, creating a supportive space for healing and growth.

Our commitment to authenticity ensures that we bring our genuine selves to each session, fostering trust and openness.

Recognizing the innate capacity within each individual for personal growth, we strive to empower our clients to tap into their relationship with self on their journey towards wholeness and well-being.

Our warm and non-judgmental environment

Creating space for open conversations

Creating a warm and non-judgmental environment is of utmost importance to me. I strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance, based on trust and collaboration, where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and emotions openly.

I am here to listen, to validate your experiences, and to provide guidance as we navigate through your challenges together.
